Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

 

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out before processing your return, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to find the best possible solution for you.

Please be advised your refund will be received once your return is accepted, this process may take up to 14 days. 

Please be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer. 

Returned products must be undamaged and in new condition.
Products that show any signs of damage will not be accepted.
